3.0peration
Personnel and Goods Separation: Standing under the crane boom or below the load is strictly prohibited. Environmental Assessment: Ensure the work area is firm,level,and unobstructed,away from high-voltage lines and other hazardous sources.
Conduct a No-Load Test Run: Test the lifting, lowering.and left/right rotation movements to ensure smooth operation and absence of abnormal noise.
Confirm the crane base has its outriggers extended and securely fixed.Plan the lifting path and determine the load weight,ensuring it does not exceed 2 tons.
Pull up the main switch upwards to connect the power supply.
Rotate the crane to a position suitable for mounting the load and lower the hook to an appropriate height. Use appropriate lifting gear, ensuring the load is securely and balanced. Raise the control lever to slightly tighten the slings, checking for even tension on thelifting gear and ensuring there is no risk of slippage. Smoothly operate the raising controllever to slowly lift the load off the ground.Rotate the load and move it above the landing point,then smoothly operate the lowering control lever to slowly lower the load. Operation Completed: Raise the hook to near the upper limit position and rotate the boom to a non-obstructive area.Disconnect the main power supply.

4.Instruction for using batteries
1. Only use the dedicated charger provided with the battery;
2. Charge the battery promptly to mairtain its charge and extend its lifespan;
3.Keep the battery away from fire sources during use and storage;
4.Do not disassemble the controller without authorization to avoid damage;
5. Remember to turn off the power when parking;
6.Do not store the battery with a low charge.Damage caused by a low charge is not covered under warranty.
 
5.Cautions
1)Break-in period:7 days.
During the break-in period,do not lift loads exceeding1400 kg.Continuous operation should not exceed 4 hours. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
2)After the break-in period,regularly check the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil levels, and check the overall sealing of the machine.If any deficiencies or excesses are found during inspection,analyze the cause.If any problem is discovered,stop the machine and resolve it immediately.
3)Charge it only with the dedicated charger provided.
4)Charge it in time to keep the battery charged,which can extend the battery service life.5)Keep the battery away from fire sources when using or storing it.
6)Do not disassemble the controller to avoid injury.
7)Remember to turn off the power and remove the key when parking.8)If not used for a long time,charge it once every 7-10 days.
 
6.Fault identification and troubleshooting methods for hydraulic power units
1.The motor does not rotate,check if the connection line is correct.
2.The motor starts and the oil cylinder does not move
(1)The oil level in the fuel tank is too low,please add oil to the specified level.
(2) Oil viscosity too high or too low,recommended foruse according to season and temperatureHydraulic oil
grade.
(3)The oil suction screen is blocked,clean and replace the filter screen.
(4)The solenoid valve is energized or stuck,causing oil to be unloaded from the solenoid valve,Check the
3.electrical circuit or clean the solenoid valve.
4.When unloading,the oil cylinder does not descend or is too slow.
(1)The solenoid valve is not energized,check the electrical circuit.
(2)The input voltage of the solenoid valve is incorret.Check the voltage and it has reached the standard
value.
(3) The electromagnetic valve filter screen is blocked. Remove it for cleaning or replacement.
5.After the switch is cut off,the motor operates intermittently.(1) Wire connection error,check and correctly wire.
(2)Start switch burnt out,power off inspection,replace start switch. The system is noisy.
(1) There is air in the system, and it should be operated repeatedly several times to remove the air,(2) Don't work for long hours under extreme pressure.
