I. Operating Instructions

1. Scope of Application
   The hand pallet truck is suitable for warehouses, workshops, supermarkets, docks, logistics centers, etc., for short-distance transportation of goods.

2. Operating Steps

   1. Inspection: Check that the pallet truck is intact. Ensure wheels and hydraulic system are in good condition.
   2. Load Placement: Insert the forks into the pallet base, making sure the goods are centered and stable.
   3. Lifting: Pump or press the handle, and the hydraulic system will lift the forks.
   4. Transportation: Hold the handle with both hands, push steadily, and avoid sudden stops or sharp turns.
   5. Unloading: At the destination, operate the handle to lower the forks slowly and ensure goods are placed securely.
   6. Parking: After use, lower the forks completely and park the pallet truck on a flat surface.

II. Safety Precautions

1. Safe Operation

   • Do not exceed the rated load capacity.
   • Do not operate on slopes.
   • Never allow people to stand on forks or goods.
   • Avoid sudden stops, sharp turns, or rapid sliding during transportation.

2. Load Requirements

• Use standard pallets and ensure goods are evenly distributed.
• Do not overload, overstack, or place goods unevenly.

3. Working Environment

   • Operate only on solid and level ground.
   • Avoid working on wet, oily, or uneven surfaces.

4. Maintenance

• Regularly check hydraulic oil, wheels, and bearings, and keep them well-lubricated.
• Avoid long-term overloading to prevent hydraulic damage.
• After each use, always lower the forks completely.

5. Emergency Situations
   • If hydraulic leakage is detected, stop using immediately and repair.
   • If abnormal noise or malfunction occurs, check and fix the issue before further use.
