I. Operating Instructions

1. Scope of Application
   The stacker is suitable for warehouses, workshops, supermarkets, logistics centers, and other locations. It is used for short-distance transportation and stacking of goods.

2. Operating Steps

   1. Inspection: Check that the stacker is intact. Ensure wheels, hydraulic system, and forks are in good condition.
   2. Load Placement: Align the forks with the pallet base, slowly push in, and make sure the goods are balanced and centered.
   3. Lifting: Operate the handle or foot pedal to pump, and the hydraulic system will raise the forks to the required height.
   4. Transportation: Hold the handle with both hands and push steadily. Avoid sudden stops or sharp turns.
   5. Stacking: Move the load to the designated position, lower the forks slowly, and ensure the goods are placed securely.
   6. Parking: After use, fully lower the forks and park the stacker on a flat surface.

II. Safety Precautions

1. Safe Operation

   • Do not exceed the rated load capacity.
   • Do not operate on slopes to avoid loss of control.
   • Never allow people to stand on the forks or goods.
   • Avoid sharp turns or sudden stops while transporting.

2. Load Requirements

   • Goods should be placed on standard pallets and evenly distributed.
   • Do not overload, overstack, or place goods unevenly.

3. Working Environment

   • Only operate on solid and level ground.
   • Avoid working on wet, oily, or uneven surfaces.

4. Maintenance

   • Regularly check hydraulic oil, bearings, and wheels, and keep them well-lubricated.
   • Avoid long-term overloading to prevent hydraulic system damage.
   • After each use, lower the forks completely to extend the life of the seals.

5. Emergency Situations

   • If hydraulic oil leakage is found, stop using the stacker immediately and repair it.
   • If abnormal noise or malfunction occurs, stop operation and fix the issue before use.
